Yes, in some cases-such as ordering by pallet or pallet layer. For larger quantities, send us your inquiry for the best deal.

What is the lead time after placing an order?

In-stock products: Ready to ship within 1 business day
Special orders: Lead time will be stated on your quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

What is the minimum order amount?

There is no minimal order amount for products from our inventory, when the customer takes care of shipping. We ship on EXW terms and always advise the most economical shipping method. Minimum orde quantities may apply to special vendor orders.

What if I can't find a product on your website?

Simply email us your inquiry. Our buyers have access to over 20,000 products and will provide you with the best possible quote.

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

Yes, we deliver pallets door-to-door across Europe on EXW terms.

Do you accept credit card payments?

No, we only accept bank transfers (SEPA).

Can you ship full container loads?

Absolutely! our goal is to maximize container loads and minimize costs. We also handle LCL, FTL, an LTL shipments. We can work with your preferred freight forwarder or provide shipping quotes upon request. All required export documents for customs will be provided.
